Role Description This full-time, on-site Life Insurance Agent role is based in Cairo, Egypt. The Life Insurance Agent will identify prospective clients, conduct needs-based consultations, and recommend suitable life insurance products aligned with Chubb's standards and regulatory requirements. Daily activities include managing a client portfolio, providing ongoing policy service and support, explaining coverage options and benefits, preparing proposals, and assisting clients with policy changes and claims-related inquiries. The role involves collaborating with underwriting and service teams, maintaining accurate records in internal systems, and meeting sales and service targets while delivering a high level of customer care. The agent is also expected to stay current on market trends, product updates, and compliance requirements to offer informed guidance to clients.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage to effectively identify client needs, present solutions, and close business.
Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Insurance and Finance to explain policy features, premiums, benefits, and long-term financial implications clearly.
Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to build trust, manage inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain long-term client relationships.
Candidates should possess effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse clients and internal stakeholders.
Relevant experience in life insurance or financial services, with a proven track record in sales or advisory roles, is highly beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt, comply with local regulatory requirements, and handle documentation with attention to detail.
Proficiency in basic office productivity tools and CRM systems; fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage.
A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Insurance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, is preferred.
