Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Life Insurance Sales Advisor, located in Abu Dhabi. The Sales Advisor will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential clients, understanding their financial protection and insurance needs, and offering tailored life insurance products. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining client relationships, delivering personalized consultations, and achieving sales targets. The advisor will also provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction, always adhering to compliance and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Insurance and Finance, with a strong understanding of life insurance products and the financial services industry
• Skills in Client Consulting and tailored insurance solutions
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills, ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Effective Customer Service capabilities and client relationship management experience
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure
• UAE experience is mandatory
• Proficiency in Arabic and English is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Relevant certification in insurance sales or financial advisory is a plus
