Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Life Insurance Sales Agent based in Cairo, specifically in Qesm El Maadi, with some remote work flexibility. The role involves promoting and selling life and takaful insurance policies, building and maintaining customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying client needs to recommend appropriate insurance solutions. The agent will also work closely with team members and the company to ensure targets and objectives are met while upholding the company's values and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Insurance Sales, Sales, and Insurance Brokerage
• Proficiency in Customer Service and client relationship management
• Foundational knowledge or experience in Insurance and Takaful practices
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Resourcefulness, self-discipline, and goal-oriented mindset
• Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferable
• Fluency in Arabic; proficiency in English is a plus
