Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Lighting Sales Engineer based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves providing technical expertise and support to customers, developing tailored lighting solutions, and managing client relationships to drive sales. Responsibilities include preparing technical documentation, conducting site visits for project requirements, offering solutions for energy-efficient lighting, and collaborating closely with internal teams to meet customer needs. The position focuses on promoting LED products and generating sales while ensuring customer satisfaction and technical compliance.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Engineering and proven ability to provide technical, product, and solution-based consultations to customers.
- Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service to build and maintain productive client relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and approachable manner.
- Proficiency in providing Technical Support, troubleshooting, and understanding complex lighting systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical or relevant field preferred) or equivalent technical education.
- Knowledge of energy-efficient lighting technologies and standards in the Middle East region is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in relevant digital tools and software commonly used in lighting or engineering fields is a plus.
