Key Responsibilities- Support Lighting Sales for Middle East projects
- Manage day-to-day operations of the lighting solutions department, ensuring quality, accuracy, and efficiency
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Technical, Logistics, and Procurement teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain proper documentation for quotations, technical submittals, order confirmations, delivery schedules, and client communications
- Monitor inventory and logistics, including ordering, receiving, and shipping of products
- Ensure all project-related information is properly recorded, updated, and shared with relevant teams
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and documented resolution
- Assist with administrative and reporting tasks as required
- Perform other related tasks supporting lighting sales and sales operations
Qualifications- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field (preferred)
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with good documentation practices
- Positive and professional attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Willing to learn and undergo training
- Experience in logistics and procurement is an advantage

Salary RangeUSD 500 800 (depending on skills and experience)
