Job Description
MySQL Database Administration.
Linux Virtualization/Containers knowledge.
Load balancing and High availability experience.
Installations and configuration for FTP, NFS, SMB, DNS, DHCP, NTP.
Ability to do basic Shell, Perl and Python scripting/automation.
Ability to train other team members on the applications, proper procedures, problem isolation.
Must be able to perform optimization and performance testing, provide technical support for incident response and reporting and provide on-call support.
Must be able to install, configure, troubleshoot, maintain, upgrade and document all aspects of the of the Linux architecture.
Knowledge of Kannel SMS gateway is a plus.
Network knowledge, TCP/IP, and routing.
RHCSA or Linux+ certification preferred, but not required;
Web servers installations and configuration (Apache, Tomcat), basic knowledge
Requirements
University degree in Communications engineering or computer science background is preferred.
Experience 1 -2 years in Linux/Unix alike systems administration.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
English was written and spoken is a must.
