Loan Officer Assistant

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. As a Loan Officer Assistant, you will assist loan officers in processing loan applications, gather and verify customer documentation, support customers through the loan application process, and ensure compliance with underwriting and company guidelines. You will also be responsible for maintaining excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, keeping customers informed, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure efficient loan processing.

• Experience or understanding of working with Loan Officers and knowledge of the Mortgage Industry
• Strong Customer Service skills and ability to assist clients effectively
• Knowledge or familiarity with underwriting policies and procedures
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in loan processing
• Prior experience in the financial or lending sector is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training are advantageous
