Job Description
We are looking for a Logistics Administrator to support our supply chain and distribution operations within the fashion/footwear sector. The role involves coordinating inbound shipments, maintaining accurate system records, and working closely with 3PL partners to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and monitor inbound shipments (sea, air, and road) from suppliers and factories
- Update shipment details, GRNs, and inventory data in the ERP system
- Coordinate with 3PLs, freight forwarders, and warehouses for smooth operations
- Follow up on delivery schedules, delays, shortages, and discrepancies
- Prepare and maintain logistics-related reports using Excel
- Assist with customs clearance documentation and compliance, if required
- Support the logistics team with administrative tasks and data accuracy
- Resolve day-to-day logistics issues related to fashion/footwear products
Requirements
- 13 years of experience in logistics administration, preferably in fashion or footwear industry
- Strong administrative and coordination skills
- Good working knowledge of ERP systems
- Excellent MS Excel skills (tracking, reporting, data management)
- Familiarity with 3PL operations and warehouse coordination
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling SKUs, seasonal collections, and fast-moving inventory
- Knowledge of import/export processes in the UAE
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
