Logistics and purchasing Coordinator

This is a full-time on-site role based in Heliopolis for a Logistics and Purchasing Coordinator. The Coordinator will manage purchasing processes, create and maintain purchase orders, and oversee procurement activities. The role involves inventory management, supplier coordination, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. Additionally, the Coordinator will be responsible for analyzing inventory levels and market trends to optimize purchasing decisions.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Purchasing Processes, including procurement workflows and market research
• Experience in managing Purchase Orders and overseeing end-to-end purchasing tasks
• Proficiency in Purchasing and Procurement activities with a focus on cost efficiency and supplier relationships
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate inventory needs, supplier performance, and market conditions
• Effective organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for procurement and inventory management
• Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
