Job Summary:
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing our daily logistics operations. You will ensure compliance with customs regulations and maintain the highest level of service for our internal teams and external clients. Your expertise will be crucial in collaborating with our team to achieve operational excellence.
Main Responsibilities:
- Shipment Coordination:Coordinate and track all shipments, with a focus on import & export operations. Utilize SAP for planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Documentation & Compliance:Prepare and verify shipping documents, invoices, and customs paperwork to ensure full compliance with company policies and international regulations.
- Stakeholder Management:Communicate effectively with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal teams to proactively resolve shipping issues.
- Reporting & Analysis:Prepare operational reports to monitor performance, cost-efficiency, and identify areas for improvement.
- Procurement Assistance:Assist with daily purchasing needs for the factory as required.
Qualifications:
- Education:Bachelor's degree is required.
- Experience:2+ years of proven experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics Coordination.
- Technical Skills:Proficient in SAP systems, with hands-on experience managing logistics workflows and documentation.
- Language:
- Excellent command of English (reading, writing, and speaking) to ensure clear communication with international partners.
- Spanish is a strong plus.
- Soft Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Working Conditions:
Location: 10th of Ramadan City
Working days: Sunday to Thursday
