The project:

This project offers the chance to join a talented Mace team in delivering a major Mixed Use remoteprogramme, collaborating with renowned architects and global consultants. The project involves extensive infrastructure and built assets, delivered rapidly through a hands-on Project Management approach, ideal for those experienced in managing both main and sub-contract packages.

As the Logistics Coordinator you will be required to support daily project logistics, ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely flow of people, materials, and equipment.

Your will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the implementation of the project logistics plan across site operations.
  • Coordinating material deliveries, tracking schedules, and ensuring clear communication with contractors and suppliers.
  • Monitoring laydown areas, storage zones, and equipment allocation to ensure optimal utilisation.
  • Assisting in the development of traffic management plans and logistical risk assessments.
  • Ensuring compliance with Mace's health, safety, and environmental standards at all times.
  • Maintaining accurate records, logs, and reporting dashboards to support project performance.
  • Providing day to day support to the Logistics Manager and wider site delivery team

You'll need to have:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in Logistics or Co Ordination/Controls within the Construction industry
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts.
  • Ability to work in remote locations and adapt to changing project demands.
  • A proactive, problem solving mindset with a commitment to high performance delivery.
  • Familiarity with logistics planning, traffic management, material handling, and site operations would be ideal.
  • A team player with strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative approach.
