Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Job Description
As a Logistics Supply Chain Coordinator, you will oversee logistics operations, ensure smooth transportation and compliance with trade regulations, and contribute to efficient, cost-effective supply chain execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate international shipments (containerized & break-bulk)
- Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and inspection agencies
- Manage documentation (BLs, COOs, EUR.1s, customs declarations, etc.)
- Monitor shipments and update stakeholders regularly
- Resolve transportation and clearance challenges swiftly
- Optimize logistics processes and identify efficiency gains
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams
- Ensure full compliance with international trade regulations
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business-related field.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in international logistics or trade coordination in Food Commodities Manufacturing, customs procedures, and export/import documentation.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, logistics platforms, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience in food commodities / starches / oils / additives / chemicals is preferred.
