Role Description
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate deliveries of precast units to project sites across the UAE.
- Coordinate Ex-Factory delivery, including loading, transport equipment, permits (oversize/overweight), and UAE road compliance.
- Arrange transport resources (trailers, low loaders, cranes, pilot vehicles) and manage carrier assignments.
- Liaise with production, yard team, and site teams to align dispatch with project timelines.
- Prepare and manage all transport documentation (delivery notes, permits, gate passes, waybills).
- Track shipment status and ensure timely delivery; handle delays or site re-scheduling.
- Ensure safe loading/unloading practices and adherence to UAE health, safety & transport regulations.
Qualifications
Mandatory Qualification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a precast concrete company (UAE/GCC preferred).
- Strong knowledge of precast elements handling and transport coordination.
- Good understanding of UAE road and transport regulations.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
