We are specialized in importing and distributing elevator spare parts, is looking to hire a motivated and organized Administrative & Logistics Assistant to support daily operations, logistics coordination, and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Organize and maintain company files, records, and documentation.
* Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
* Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
* Coordinate logistics activities, including shipment tracking, customs clearance, and communication with freight forwarders.
* Follow up on supplier and shipment schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
* Maintain and update shipping and inventory records.
* Assist with communication between management, suppliers, and clients.
* Collect rates from shipping lines.
* Submit bookings (online or manual)
* Receiving booking confirmation
* Handle inland transportation and follow loading containers up to receiving invoice and official receipts.
* Receiving B/L drafts check it with customer
* Follow invoices with Shipping lines after vessel departure
* Follow up with clients, trucking and custom clearance team
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, or related field.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Experience in logistics or import/export operations is a plus(2-3yrs).
* Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Location: New Cairo
Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
