We're looking for a Logistics Coordinator with experience in the fashion/apparel industry to manage end-to-end logistics operations and ensure timely delivery across seasonal and retail timelines. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a strong customer-service mindset.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments (bulk, samples, seasonal collections).
- Manage suppliers, 3PLs, freight partners, and customer communications.
- Prepare shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, B/L, customs).
- Track shipments and proactively manage delays.
- Support seasonal launches, sample movements, and returns.
- Maintain accurate data in ERP/WMS and prepare basic logistics reports
What We're Looking For:
- 35 years logistics/supply chain experience (fashion/apparel preferred).
- Strong customer service and stakeholder communication skills.
- Knowledge of international shipping and seasonal workflows.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP/NetSuite or similar).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Nice to Have:
- Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain.
- Experience with overseas suppliers (China, India, Turkey, Europe)
