Job Brief:
We are seeking an Order Management & Logistics Executive to oversee local dispatches and manage end-to-end order processing. The ideal candidate should have experience in logistics operations, order management, and a strong understanding of incoterms, with knowledge of documentation for dangerous goods being an advantage. Prior industry experience is beneficial, but candidates from any sector are welcome to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage local dispatches within the region, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries.
- Handle logistics operations for Jebel Ali Free Zone in compliance with local regulations.
- Oversee order management processes, from order receipt to final delivery, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with transporters, shipping lines, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and review shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and delivery notes.
- Ensure compliance with regulations for handling and transporting dangerous goods.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all shipments, including hazardous materials.
- Liaise with customs authorities and regulatory bodies for necessary approvals and clearances.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with warehouse teams to optimize stock movement.
- Address and resolve logistics or order-related issues, delays, or discrepancies proactively.
Job Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in logistics,supply chain, or order management.
- Strong knowledge of INCO termsand international shipping regulations.
- Experience in handling logistics operations within the Jebel Ali Free Zone.
- Understanding of documentation and regulatory requirements for dangerous goods.
- Open to candidates from chemical / oil & gas / manufacturing industries.
