Kinetic is working with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are hiring a Logistics Executive to be based in Dubai.

Key aspects of the role include:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international shipping regulations and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate temperature-controlled imports of perishable pharmaceutical products (GCC)
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate all inbound and outbound shipments.
- Prepare and process all import/export documentation, arrange transportation, and manage customs clearance.
- Track shipments, generate logistics reports, and analyze shipping volumes and costs.
- Liaise with shipping companies to ensure compliant and efficient international transport.
- Monitor freight costs, negotiate rates with vendors, and control logistics budgets.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- 3-5 years pharma experience in the UAE.
- Relevant experience in MOH drug import & logistics process.
- Knowledgeable in import/export procedures via Tatmeen and MOHAP online systems.
- Knowledgeable of tendering and pharmaceutical supply processes for government entities including RAFED, MOH, etc.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrates ability to build external and internal relationships
