 Location: Saudi Arabia (KSA Branch)

 Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Job Summary:

INSTROM Company is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team in our Saudi Arabia branch. The role involves managing and overseeing daily logistics operations, including customs clearance, international shipping (sea & air), and supplier coordination.

Key Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's degree in any related field.

·       2–5 years of experience in logistics operations.

·       Proven experience in customs clearance for chemicals and medical devices.

·       Strong knowledge of sea and air freight shipping and procedures.

·       Hands-on experience in dealing with governmental authorities and seaport operations.

·       Proven experience in international correspondence with suppliers.

·       Intermediate level of English (spoken and written).

·        Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia

·       Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
