Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Executive to support and manage daily operational activities, ensuring smooth execution across marketing campaigns and internal processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating between teams, managing logistics, and improving operational efficiency.

This role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient execution of marketing campaigns and internal workflows.
  • Coordinate between creative, marketing, finance, and client service teams to ensure alignment.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Identify operational gaps and support the implementation of process improvements.

Shipping & Logistics Management

  • Manage end-to-end logistics for marketing materials, promotional items, and campaign assets.
  • Coordinate with shipping vendors, couriers, printers, and suppliers.
  • Ensure timely dispatch, tracking, and delivery to clients, events, and internal teams.
  • Handle and resolve shipping issues, delays, or damages efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate shipping records and inventory tracking.

Vendor & Supplier Coordination

  • Support in managing relationships with vendors and logistics partners.
  • Assist in negotiating pricing and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
  • Monitor vendor performance and report any issues or improvement areas.

Process Improvement & Compliance

  • Track operational performance and highlight inefficiencies.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and operational standards.

Team Support

  • Provide support to operations and logistics teams as needed.
  • Assist in resolving day-to-day operational challenges.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in marketing agencies or fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with logistics and shipping processes.
  • Basic understanding of vendor management and procurement.
