Job Description

Key Accountabilities

  • Plan and supervise logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services. Coordinate and track movement of goods through logistic pathways. Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle.
  • Supervise and monitor supply chain and logistics operations.
  • Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers, etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction.
  • Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
  • Prepare and supervise accurate reports for upper management.
  • Perform market research to always have competitive ocean freight prices
  • Supervise the activities of the logistics team to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery of services
  • Academic and professional qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree in any Discipline from a recognized university.

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in the logistics field & food industry (fresh and frozen food is preferred)

Skills

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Target and Objective driven Attitude.
  • Computer literate and excellent written and oral communication skills (Fluency in English language is a must).
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and a commitment to continuous improvement and the proven ability to move the business forward.
