Plan and supervise logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services. Coordinate and track movement of goods through logistic pathways. Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle.
Supervise and monitor supply chain and logistics operations.
Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers, etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction.
Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
Prepare and supervise accurate reports for upper management.
Perform market research to always have competitive ocean freight prices
Supervise the activities of the logistics team to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery of services
Academic and professional qualifications:
Bachelor degree in any Discipline from a recognized university.
Experience
5+ years of experience in the logistics field & food industry (fresh and frozen food is preferred)
Skills
Excellent customer service skills.
Target and Objective driven Attitude.
Computer literate and excellent written and oral communication skills (Fluency in English language is a must).
The ability to manage multiple priorities and a commitment to continuous improvement and the proven ability to move the business forward.
