Logistics Manager

Role Description The Director at Dronestore is a full-time, on-site role based in the Santiago Metropolitan Area. This position is responsible for overseeing daily operations, guiding strategic planning, and ensuring that business objectives are met across all departments. The Director will lead and mentor cross-functional teams, manage budgets and resources, and monitor performance metrics to drive sustainable growth. This role includes collaborating with stakeholders, strengthening relationships with partners and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. The Director will also identify market opportunities, support product and service development, and implement processes that improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications

• Proven experience in senior leadership or director-level roles, preferably in retail, technology, or drone-related industries.
• Strong skills in strategic planning, business development, and operational management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams, foster collaboration, and build an inclusive, high-performance culture.
• Solid financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to make data-informed decisions, manage complex projects, and prioritize multiple initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or similar) is an advantage.
• Experience working on-site in a fast-paced environment and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer service.
• Familiarity with the drone market, technology trends, or e-commerce operations is a plus.
