Logistics Manager

Role Description The Director role at µLearn PEC is a full-time, on-site position based at the College of Engineering Pathanapuram in Kollam. The Director oversees the chapter's strategic direction, plans and coordinates events, workshops, and peer-learning sessions, and ensures alignment with GTech µLearn's mission. This role involves collaborating with student leaders and faculty coordinators, managing communication across teams, and fostering an inclusive, engaging community culture. The Director monitors ongoing initiatives, tracks progress against goals, and supports members in launching new learning circles, projects, and skill-building activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with core team members, resolving operational issues, representing the chapter in external forums, and maintaining documentation and reporting for chapter activities.

Qualifications

• Leadership and management skills, including experience coordinating teams, organizing events, and guiding student initiatives.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, faculty, and external partners effectively.
• Ability to plan and execute programs focused on technology, innovation, and skill development in an academic setting.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects, schedules, and responsibilities in a full-time campus role.
• Prior experience in community building, student clubs, or learning circles is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with current technology trends, online learning platforms, and collaborative tools is an advantage.
• Currently enrolled in or a graduate of a relevant academic program at PEC or a comparable institution, with a strong interest in education and mentorship.
