Logistics Manager

Job Objective:

Manage end to end logistics operations including (not limited to) inbound, 3PL warehousing, transportation, outbound & export operation.

Key responsibility:

Implementation of all logistics processes: Collaborate with the team to implement and improve

logistics-related processes ensuring a smooth and hassle-free customer experience.

Manage all related inbound / custom clearance process.

Manage 3PL warehouse end to end operations.

Manage inbound and outbound freight bookings, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery to our warehouse and station partners.

Issue annual logistics budget as per assigned scope and track actual consumption vs budget

addressing variances (if any) with root cause analysis and mitigation plans.

Advanced Shipment Notifications (ASN): Prepare and send ASNs, packing lists, and all relevant

supply and shipping order information to streamline export order processing.

Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align inventory management

with overall business objectives, fostering seamless coordination.

Oversees and resolves all day-to-day operations related to logistics.

Preparing standard operating procedures, policies, and tools for safety.

Provide weekly updates to management on projects & performance progress.

Responsible for preparing operational procedures for stores and special projects in line with the

vision and objectives of the company.

Manage deviations as well as change controls related to assigned business scope

Supervise and train logistics team members to ensure team motivation.

Academic experience required

• BSc/BA in pharmaceutical / Business or other relevant field.
• Experience in the FMCG / pharma industry is highly preferred.
• Minimum 8 years Inventory Operations Experience.
• Minimum 2 years as a section head of relevant experience in inventory management, logistics, and export operations are a must.
• SAP experience is a must.
• Fluent Arabic & English is a must.
