ROLE ESSENCE

We are seeking an operations-grounded, business-savvy Logistics Manager to serve as a Designer of Flow & Steward of Movement within Identiscents.

This role is not theoretical. It is deeply operational.

You will be the operational centre of gravity of our logistics ecosystem sustaining rhythm, creating order, stabilising movement, and ensuring clarity as our multi-engine supply chain evolves.

With a strong background in hands-on logistics and operations, you will translate day-to-day realities into reliable structures, turning complexity into coherence across procurement, international trade, warehousing, and distribution.

You will work fluidly across departments, fully aligned with our circular-hierarchy culture collaborating across the organisation rather than operating above it resolving friction before it becomes disruption and protecting the Maison's promise of seamless delivery as we grow.

ROLE PURPOSE

Designer of Flow & Steward of Movement

This role combines operational execution with structural design. You will both run the system and improve the system.

Flow Design Dynamic

Shaping the structures that allow logistics to move smoothly and reliably.

• Design and structure end-to-end logistics frameworks across procurement, warehousing, distribution, and transportation.
• Establish compliant, reliable pathways for international shipments, including Incoterms, LC handling, duty exemptions, free zone flows, and customs documentation.
• Design and optimise WMS-driven warehouse layouts, ensuring accurate stock allocation, bin mapping, and space utilisation.
• Shape SAP Logistics structures for order management, inventory accuracy, and real-time visibility.
• Create communication frameworks that provide customers with clear, timely shipment updates and service expectations.
• Design operational systems and rhythms that align suppliers, production, sales, and finance into a coherent supply-chain organism.
• Introduce data-informed process improvements to strengthen efficiency and reduce operational friction.
• Embed ISO, EcoVadis, and Maison standards into daily logistics operations through practical, usable structures.

Movement Stewardship Dynamic

Running operations day-to-day and protecting continuity of flow.

• Execute inbound and outbound shipment cycles with consistency, accuracy, and continuity.
• Maintain daily operational rhythms across procurement, inventory, warehousing, and distribution.
• Operate SAP Logistics and WMS tools with mastery, ensuring data integrity and transparency.
• Lead and support warehouse teams and operations coordinators, providing guidance, correction, and stability.
• Respond to customer needs with speed, clarity, and service excellence, resolving issues before they disrupt flow.
• Collaborate continuously with suppliers, freight partners, production, sales, and finance to ensure uninterrupted movement.
• Implement cost optimisation initiatives and operational refinements that strengthen the logistics backbone.
• Manage trade show and event logistics with the same reliability and precision as core operations.

FOUNDATION EXPERIENCE

What Grounds You

• Proven experience managing end-to-end logistics operations in high-velocity, multi-SKU environments.
• 7+ years in logistics or supply chain roles within fragrance, luxury, FMCG, or fast-moving product ecosystems.
• Strong hands-on experience with international trade operations, including Incoterms, letters of credit, customs clearance, and free zone processes.
• Demonstrated capability in warehouse operations, WMS-driven stock accuracy, and inbound/outbound control.
• Track record of improving operational flow, resolving friction, and supporting scale.
• Comfort operating within non-traditional, fluid organisational structures.
• Fluency in SAP Logistics and managing multi-country logistics across the GCC, Asia, and Europe.
