Logistics Manager

Role Description The Director at Motive Mentors is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, operations, and growth of the training institute. This role involves defining and executing the organization's vision for IT training and certifications, developing program roadmaps, and ensuring alignment with industry standards and market needs. The Director will manage senior staff, mentor teams, and collaborate with technical experts to maintain high-quality curriculum, live classes, and corporate training offerings. Daily responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, managing budgets, optimizing placement preparation processes, and building partnerships with corporate clients and certification bodies. The Director will also drive innovation in remote learning delivery, uphold compliance and ethical standards, and represent Motive Mentors in key external engagements.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience in education, training, or IT services, with the ability to set strategic direction and manage cross-functional teams.
• Strong background in IT or technology-focused programs; familiarity with SAP or other enterprise systems training is highly beneficial.
• Experience in curriculum development, training program design, and quality assurance for professional or corporate learning environments.
• Proficiency in remote and digital learning best practices, including use of online platforms, live classes, and virtual collaboration tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills with corporate clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Ability to analyze data and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in training outcomes, placements, and learner satisfaction.
• Strong organizational, budgeting, and decision-making capabilities, with a focus on ethical, inclusive, and learner-centered practices.
• Bachelor's degree required; an advanced degree in Business, Education, IT, or a related field, or relevant professional certifications, is a plus.
