Overseas all company insurance policies and make sure the proper coverage is applied.
Prepare reports for management
Plan, manage and evaluate logistics operations liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, transportation companies and customers.
Create and implement best practice of logistics principles, policies and processes across the organization to improve operational and financial performance.
To hire, train and evaluate employees and prepare worker schedules to ensure achieving company's annual requirements.
Ensure all governmental certificates and procedures are followed through all functions.
Ensure all functions under supervision operate in accordance with Quality, Environment, Health, and Safety (QEHS) policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff and visitors.
