Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Storage, handling, and distribution of materials in the organization.
  • To reach maximum utilization in respect of storage cost to the materials stored value.
  • Limit the storage capacity to achieve annual target.
  • Create logistics solutions to expedite prompt delivery of materials
  • Ensure all company vehicles have all required certificates and permits to operate.
  • Provide transportation solution to company employees as per NHP.
  • Overseas company's process of shipping materials.
  • Negotiate shipping lines and suppliers costs in order to improve the efficiency of the company's supply chain in terms of cost and duration.
  • Overseas all company insurance policies and make sure the proper coverage is applied.
  • Prepare reports for management
  • Plan, manage and evaluate logistics operations liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, transportation companies and customers.
  • Create and implement best practice of logistics principles, policies and processes across the organization to improve operational and financial performance.
  • To hire, train and evaluate employees and prepare worker schedules to ensure achieving company's annual requirements.
  • Ensure all governmental certificates and procedures are followed through all functions.
  • Ensure all functions under supervision operate in accordance with Quality, Environment, Health, and Safety (QEHS) policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff and visitors.
  • Supervise & support the department for any additional written tasks.
  • Apply & Implement the Company's Codes of Conduct.
