Logistics Officer

Plan, coordinate, and execute logistics activities for project materials, equipment, and consumables.

Manage transportation, site deliveries, storage, and inventory control at project locations.

Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, construction, and project teams to ensure timely material availability.

Handle customs clearance, documentation, and coordination with freight forwarders (if applicable).

Monitor logistics costs and support budget control initiatives.

Ensure compliance with project HSE standards and company procedures.

Track shipments, prepare logistics reports, and maintain accurate records.

Resolve delivery issues, delays, and operational challenges proactively.

Support mobilization and demobilization of project resources when required.

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

Minimum 5+ years of logistics experience in Oil & Gas EPC or plant construction projects.

Strong knowledge of site logistics, heavy equipment transportation, and material handling.

Experience working on large-scale EPC projects (Technimont/ADNOC projects preferred).

Proficiency in MS Excel and logistics tracking systems.

Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under tight deadlines in a project-driven environment.
