Experience Required:

Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics and import/export operations.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage logistics, import, and export operations from shipment planning to final delivery.

Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, transporters, and customs clearance agents.

Prepare, review, and follow up on all shipping and logistics documents (B/L, invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.).

Ensure smooth customs clearance in compliance with local regulations and procedures.

Track shipments and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams.

Handle operational issues and resolve shipment-related challenges efficiently.

Ensure on-time delivery according to agreed timelines.

Prepare operational and cost-related reports as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics operations and import/export.

Solid knowledge of shipping, customs clearance, and logistics procedures.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Good command of the English language is preferred.
