Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day logistics operations including order fulfillment, inventory movement, and shipment coordination.

• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate picking, packing, and dispatching of orders.

• Liaise with courier partners to schedule timely deliveries and manage shipment tracking.

• Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or inventory management systems.

• Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory planning to avoid shortages or overstock.

• Assist in analyzing logistics KPIs and suggest improvements to enhance speed and reduce costs.

• Support inbound logistics including receiving goods, quality checks, and storage organization.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, operational policies, and product handling procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.

• From 0 to 1 year of experience in logistics, warehouse coordination, or supply chain operations (e-commerce or retail background is a plus).

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in inventory software and Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative work approach.

• Familiarity with shipping processes, logistics documentation, and courier coordination.
