Key Accountabilities
- Responsible for logistics work related to the clearance of imports and follow-up with the Ministry of Health (Exemptions, Releases, Policies, and Planning Departments) to issue import plans, import approvals, releases, and policies for incoming shipments.
- Continuously searching for the best offers from various shipping companies.
- Completing the procedures for certificates and documents related to shipping from the relevant authorities (Ministry of Health, Chamber of Commerce, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Notary Public).
- Completing the pharmaceutical release procedures from the Ministry of Health to facilitate the release of shipments from customs authorities.
- Renting and following up on shipping equipment and devices, inspecting them before shipping to ensure they meet the required standards.
- Following up on receiving the certificate of origin, bill of lading, and all documents proving the shipping process.
- Following up and receiving Form 13 from the shipping company to recover the 10% sales tax, which must be done within a month of shipping the order.
- Matching the commercial invoice issued by the Export Department with the packing list issued by the Warehouse Department and authorizing shipping companies.
- Arranging the necessary insurance for export shipments.
- Commitment to company policies and regulations.
- Compliance with occupational health and safety instructions.
