Logistics Superintendent (Offshore)
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Superintendent to support offshore EPC oil & gas projects. The role is responsible for endtoend logistics execution, ensuring the timely, compliant, and costeffective movement of materials, equipment, and heavy lifts from vendors to offshore project sites.
This is a senior role requiring strong leadership, deep technical logistics knowledge, and proven experience in complex offshore and international project environments.

Your Role
As a Logistics Superintendent, you will
- Lead and manage all project logistics, supply chain, and material management activities for offshore EPC projects
- Develop and implement project logistics strategies, including transportation, warehousing, and offshore delivery execution
- Oversee international and domestic shipments, multimodal transport, heavy lift, barging, and vessel coordination
- Manage customs clearance, import/export compliance, and coordination with customs brokers and authorities
- Interface closely with Procurement, Construction, Engineering, QA/QC, and Project Controls teams
- Ensure accurate material tracking, expediting, receiving, storage, and reconciliation
- Control logistics budgets, forecast costs, and optimize logistics spend
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards, international trade regulations, and company procedures
- Supervise logistics contractors, freight forwarders, and site logistics personnel
- Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to avoid schedule delays or cost overruns
What We're Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 12 years of total experience in logistics and supply chain management, material management, warehousing, shipments, transport coordination, customs clearance, oil and gas EPC project logistics particularly in offshore operations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related discipline
- Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with heavy lift and oversized cargo, offshore transportation and marine logistics, import/export regulations and clearing procedures. Proven ability to manage multiple vendors and complex logistics interface. Strong leadership, planning and stakeholder management skills.
