Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a proactive and experienced Fleet Supervisor to join our Logistics and Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our local fleet, ensuring all vehicles are road-ready, compliant with safety regulations, and operating at peak efficiency to support our global service delivery.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

  • Lead Routine Operations: Supervise daily fleet activities, including driver scheduling, vehicle assignments, and routing to ensure timely service and optimal resource utilization.
  • Maintenance Oversight: Coordinate and track all preventive maintenance and emergency repairs, acting as the primary point of contact for external vendors and internal technicians.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate and analyze weekly fleet performance reports, focusing on fuel consumption, maintenance costs, and vehicle uptime to drive cost-saving initiatives.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure all vehicles and drivers adhere to DOT regulations, safety protocols, and Iron Mountain's internal environmental standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of drivers and dispatchers, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and professional excellence.

What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of experience in fleet management, logistics, or transportation operations.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance systems and a deep understanding of transport safety regulations
  • Proven ability in team leadership and vendor management, with a track record of improving operational efficiency.
  • A Bachelor's degree
  • Very good level of English proficiency
