Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Luxury Fashion Sales Consultant (Arabic-speaking) to join our boutique in Dubai Design District. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in luxury fashion sales and a strong passion for client relationship management and personalized styling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized styling and product expertise
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships with a strong focus on clienteling
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Support day-to-day boutique operations and assist in in-store events and activations
• Ensure the boutique reflects the highest standards of presentation and brand image

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury fashion retail, preferably in eveningwear or bridal
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required
• Strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Basic Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• A deep passion for fashion, styling, and the luxury retail environment
