We are seeking a Luxury Home Consultant with proficiency in both Russian and Arabic for a commission-based, full-time, on-site position located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves assisting high-net-worth clients in buying or leasing luxury properties, managing client communications, conducting property showings, and providing exceptional customer service. The consultant will also be responsible for market research, understanding client needs, and developing tailored recommendations while maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders within the luxury real estate market.

• Fluency in both Russian and Arabic is required, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills, with a focus on the luxury real estate market.
• Proficiency in marketing, property listing processes, and awareness of real estate market trends.
• Ability to conduct property research, create tailored recommendations, and curate effective presentations for high-value clients.
• Proactive, professional, and customer-focused approach with a proven track record in real estate sales and consultancy.
• Prior experience in the UAE real estate market is a significant advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
