This is a full-time on-site role based in Abu Dhabi for a Luxury Property Consultant - Offplan Specialist. The role involves providing expert advice to clients interested in buying or investing in off-plan properties, building strong client relationships, developing personalized property solutions, and staying up-to-date with market trends. The consultant will coordinate property viewings, negotiate deals, and ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships
• Customer service expertise to deliver exceptional experiences and address client needs effectively
• Proven sales skills with a focus on achieving targets and closing deals
• Knowledge of the real estate market, specifically in the UAE, with expertise in off-plan properties
• Proficiency in a second language (e.g., Arabic) is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with real estate-related technology and tools is a plus
