We are seeking a Luxury Property Sales Specialist who is fluent in Arabic to join our fast-paced team in Abu Dhabi. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, renting, and selling luxury residential and commercial properties. Key tasks include building and maintaining client relationships, identifying customer needs, conducting market research, providing property consultations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. You will also collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for property listings and promotions.

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to establish and maintain relationships with clients.
• Experience in Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate transactions.
• Proven Sales skills, including negotiation, lead generation, and closing deals.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
• Prior experience in the UAE real estate market, particularly the luxury sector, is highly advantageous.
• Understanding of real estate laws and regulations in the UAE is beneficial.
