Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Luxury Real Estate Specialist to join our elite sales team. The role focuses on advising high-net-worth clients, handling premium residential and investment properties, and delivering a seamless, personalized buying and selling experience across Dubai's luxury real estate market.

Key Responsibilities
- Represent and sell luxury residential and investment properties across prime locations in Dubai
- Advise high-net-worth clients on acquisitions, sales, and portfolio optimization
- Conduct property viewings and deliver tailored, high-end client experiences
- Negotiate complex, high-value transactions and contracts
- Provide strategic market insights, pricing analysis, and investment guidance
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with UHNW and HNW clients
- Manage exclusive listings while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales with proven high-value transactions
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of Dubai's luxury real estate market and property laws
- Client-focused mindset with exceptional relationship management abilities
- Ability to work independently in a performance-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- Valid U A E driving license
- Multilingual skills are a strong advantage
- Must be based in Dubai
