Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
  • Identify key market segments, potential partners, and sales channels.
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market plan for the new country.

Identify and engage with potential clients via cold calls, networking, events, and referrals.

  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

  • Build strong relationships with local influencers, business partners, and potential clients.
  • Promote brand awareness in the local market.

Identify and onboard local distributors, agents, or resellers (if applicable).

  • Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements with strategic partners.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to build trust and ensure repeat business.
  • Gather client feedback and communicate market insights to headquarters.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM.
  • Report regularly to headquarters on progress, market updates, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align efforts.

Requirements

  • At least 5 year of experience in luxury retail sales is a MUST
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent Arabic communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Professional personal appearance
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Pro-active service delivery attitude, willingness to stretch and do whatever is required with a hands-on approach
  • Able to join immediately
