Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Luxury Sales Manager who will be at the forefront of our mission to identify and engage high-value VIP clients. In this role, you will leverage your exceptional sales acumen and keen market insights to target and secure new clientele for our exclusive services. If you possess a proven track record of successfully identifying, engaging, and closing deals with VIP clients, and you thrive in a challenging and rewarding sales environment, we invite you to join our team.

Responsibilities:

1) Business Development:

  • Identify new opportunities to expand the VIP client base, leveraging your network and market insights.
  • Develop strategic plans to engage and convert potential high-end clients into long-term partners.
  • Utilize your expertise in market research and trend analysis to identify and target niche markets with high potential for VIP clientele.
  • Develop a proactive outreach strategy to initiate meaningful connections with prospective VIP clients, showcasing our tailored services.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders within identified niches, understanding their unique needs and aspirations.

2) VIP Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with high-end VIP clients, gaining a deep understanding of their unique needs and preferences.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for VIP clients, offering personalized solutions and fostering a sense of exclusivity.

3) Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company's high-end offerings and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns and materials that resonate with VIP clients.

4) Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including management and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Provide insights to leadership regarding market trends, client feedback, and competitive landscape.

5) Exceptional Customer Experience:

  • Provide a premium experience to VIP clients throughout the sales journey, ensuring their expectations are not only met but exceeded.
  • Address and resolve any concerns or issues promptly, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

6) Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze sales data, client interactions, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Generate regular reports to share insights, progress, and opportunities with the senior management team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing high-value client relationships and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with VIP clients.
  • In-depth understanding of the luxury market, consumer behaviours, and trends.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, drive results, and adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
