LV-Electrical Senior Manager

Role Overview
The LV Electrical Senior Manager will oversee all aspects of Low Voltage (LV) electrical systems for a large-scale sporting facility project in KSA. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate across multiple disciplines to ensure timely and compliant delivery of electrical works.
Key Responsibilities
Design Review & Validation
- Review and validate design calculations for all LV systems, including GA drawings and cable sizing.
- Ensure compliance with international standards (NFPA, SEC, BS, IEC).
Procurement & Tendering
- Prepare procurement and tender documents for subcontractor selection and long-lead items.
- Review and assess BOQs, including comparisons and evaluations of subcontractor submissions.
Vendor & Subcontractor Coordination
- Manage procurement of long-lead items and coordinate with vendors for timely delivery.
- Follow up with subcontractors for shop drawings, 3D models, material submittals, method statements, and COV documentation.
Project Tracking & Reporting
- Prepare weekly progress trackers and maintain accurate work status reports.
- Ensure timely submission of redline drawings and as-built documentation.
Cross-Discipline Coordination
- Collaborate with mechanical, architectural, and civil teams for integrated project delivery.
- Maintain regular communication with designers, vendors, consultants, and clients.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in LV electrical systems, preferably on large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of NFPA, SEC, BS, IEC standards.
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and vendors effectively.
Work Conditions
- Rotating work week: Week 1: 5 working days
- Week 2: 6 working days
- Based on-site at the sporting facility in KSA.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to project demands.
