Job Responsibilities: & Tasks Duties:
- Facilitate the work of the Quality Inspector and ensure the conformity of the product requirements with the standard finished goods specs.
- Ensure proper cleaning of his line during the shift and month close.
- Fill in the daily production report & submit it to the Production Team Leader.
- Set the machine properly & perform size changes.
- Ensure the proper handling of raw material received-returned / from-to Raw Material warehouse.
- Verbally inform the Lead Operator and the Line Setter of any problem that occurs on the machine.
- Make sure all finished goods pallets, waste bin, waste trolley and raw material are in their dedicated place.
- Comply and follow safety and environmental instructions and participate in toolbox talks given by HSE officer.
- Consultation and participation at all applicable levels and functions (ex. the development, planning, implementation, performance evaluation and actions for improvement of the OH&S management system).
Education: A bachelor's degree in Flexible Packaging and cutting Technology.
Experience: A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in the Cutting field is essential.
Technical Knowledge: The candidate must possess comprehensive knowledge of the Cutting process, as well as a strong understanding of the printing process.
Language Skills: Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
Computer Skills: Proficient in using computer applications, with expertise in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Physical Health: Must maintain good health and be capable of working under physically demanding conditions, including hot weather.
Work Ethic: Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in challenging conditions.
