Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah for a Machine Operator. The Machine Operator will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of machinery, monitoring the production process to ensure quality standards are met, and performing basic repairs and adjustments as needed. The role will also involve utilizing hand tools, accurate reporting of production data, and collaborating with the team to ensure smooth workflow on the production floor.

Responsibilities

1.Commitment to attendance by working hours appointed.

2.Commitment to extra -time as business requirements.

3.Follow the SOP, Quality and HSE Guidelines of designated Machinery to achieve optimum result, Product safety and safe usage of machinery and personnel safety.

4. Follow the cleaning and caring of the machinery designated to the Operator and report any breakdown and loss of productivity to Maintenance Technicians and Production Supervisor in appropriate Breakdown reports. Do not allow unauthorized usage of designated machinery to avoid damage to machine, product safety and personnel safety.

5. Achieve production plan within the specified time with a commitment to quality instruction in the production process.

6. Comply with all the instructions to the inner workings of the production department during client productivity.

7.Commitment to public safety instructions on production lines and facilities.

8. Follow up the implementation of all production work on the production line in accordance with the production plan contained.

9.Follow the rules of quality and food safety; the public followed the instructions and quality control (QC in the production process).

10.Report any incident immediately.

11.Report any malfunction in the machine immediately.

12.The obligation to wear clothes to work within the production hall.

13.Commitment to its rules of food safety, and to maintain the quality of productivity.

14.Commitment and adherence to hygiene programs in place within the plant and during the currency of productivity.

15.Receive raw materials from the warehouse/ Process steps and follow signals and instructions, follow up the development of these materials and arrange them properly and as directed by the production Supervisor/ Process flow.

16.Follow up the implementation of all production work on a production line in accordance with the production plan `contained.

17.Commitment to the instructions of the supervisor and the person directly responsible.

18.Working on any production line within the production, as required by the need of work.

19.Carry out any other tasks assigned to you by your manager and within the scope of direct action.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Machine Operation and familiarity with various types of meat processing machinery
  • Ability to use Hand Tools for routine maintenance and adjustments
  • Strong Communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and willingness to operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the food manufacturing industry is an advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications are preferred
