Machine Setup: Take lead in setting up machines before production runs, including loading materials, adjusting settings, and ensuring proper tooling is in place.
Machine Operation: Operate machinery according to established procedures, guidelines, and safety protocols. Monitor machine performance and make adjustments in consultation with Plant Supervisor / Production Incharge.
Quality Control: supervise inspection of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Report any defects or issues to Production Incharge / QC immediately.
Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as lubricating, and replacing worn parts. Troubleshooting and minor repairs when needed.
