Maintenance Engineer

Position Objective:

To own and optimize the daily production process by ensuring the optimal performance, reliability, and availability of machinery through rapid breakdown response, advanced troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance. This role is directly accountable for achieving production output targets and minimizing equipment downtime (Machine Availability > 99.90%) while reducing maintenance costs.

Main Responsibilities:

- Ensure machine availability remains above 99%.

- Perform corrective maintenance as needed.

- Manage spare parts inventory based on machine requirements.

- Design and implement an effective preventive maintenance program.

- Adhere to quality standards and 5S methodology.

- Monitor and control the assigned budget.

- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Must have a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering.

- Proven +2 years of experience in Pneumatic machine is a must.

- High level of English is a must (written and spoken).

- Knowledge of PLC programming.

Skills:

- TPM skills.

- OEE knowledge.

- Preventive maintenance background.

- MMTR, MTBF knowledge.

- Organized and methodical.

- Teamwork Ability.

Work Conditions:

- Location: 10th of Ramadan City.

- Working days: Sunday – Thursday (The company can work also, six days a week if needed).

- Shifts: Three shifts—Morning, Afternoon, and Night.

- Environment: Production and Maintenance area.
