- Operate, monitor, and maintain assigned mechanical or electrical systems within bank branches and offices
- Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and respond to corrective maintenance requests within agreed SLA timelines
- Troubleshoot equipment faults and support timely resolution to minimize service disruption
- Ensure compliance with bank security procedures, safety standards, and operational policies
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, checklists, and service reports
- Coordinate with supervisors, technicians, and other trades on site
- Support audits, inspections, and client requirements as needed
Mechanical scope may include:
HVAC systems, pumps, chilled water systems, plumbing, fire and domestic water systems
Electrical scope may include:
LV systems, panels, lighting, UPS, emergency power, and power distribution systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical OR Electrical Engineering
- 46 years of experience in operation and maintenance of banking, office, or commercial facilities
- Solid understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance practices
- Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, and technical manuals
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
- Good English communication skills
- Willingness to support emergency or after-hours maintenance when required
