We are looking for a proactive Maintenance Planning Engineer. In this role you will ensure equipment reliability and smooth operations through effective planning and coordination of preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
The role focuses on optimizing schedules and resources, ensuring compliance with HSEQ standards, and supporting continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, quality, and production performance.
You will report to the Maintenance Manager and will be based at the 10th of Ramadan Factory.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure full compliance with internal and external HSEQ requirements at all times.
- Maintain and enhance production capacity and quality through effective and proactive maintenance activities.
- Manage and supervise maintenance personnel to ensure tasks are executed efficiently, in accordance with procedures, and to the required quality standards and providing coaching and guidance
- Monitor and evaluate service contractors and supplier performance, oversee maintenance spare parts inventory, and ensure daily follow-up of planning activities and the IFS system, keeping the Matrix Maintenance System updated with accurate work order data.
- Collaborate closely with operations and area owners to plan and coordinate maintenance work effectively, while conducting root cause analysis for recurring or critical breakdowns to drive continuous improvement.

What We Look For:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant field.
- 3-6 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in using ERP systems.
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English & Arabic.
