Overview:

We're looking for 2023 to 2025 Engineering Graduates to join our maintenance team at our Sokhna Plant (Mechanical, Inspection & Planning Maintenance) as Full-Time Engineers for 1 year

Job Purpose:

Provide technical execution and control in the Crusher area for maintenance activity to ensure the provision of cost effective, proactive maintenance and engineering services

Responsibilities:

1. Identify, design and propose to management technical maintenance improvements and/or developments based on plant, equipment and/or process requirements, implementing approved plans as appropriate in order to support the continual technical improvement of maintenance provisions
2. Carry out and/or supervise breakdown maintenance for critical and/or complex plant and equipment in order to ensure that plant and equipment downtime minimized.
3. Conduct on the job training, demonstration and instruction for new and/or existing employees in order to support their professional development and ensure the highest standards of performance achieved across the team.
4. Identify and recommend equipment / systems for procurement, provide technical specification, perform technical evaluation of equipment and suppliers and ensure effective commissioning and follow up where appropriate.
5. Coordinate and communicate effectively with other departments on maintenance activities in order to ensure that maintenance provision meets the ongoing needs of production process.
6. Prepare reports on the full range of engineering and maintenance issue in order to ensure senior management have sufficient information to support decision making.
7. Provide technical advice and support to Technicians on non-routine plant, applying specialist skills and knowledge to ensure problems are resolved quickly and effectively.
8. Participate in Quality Control Circle activity, evaluating, recommending and implementing improvement ideas as appropriate so that all relevant processes are continually improved.

Education & Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor Degree of Mechanical Engineering.

Technical Skills:

• Planning & Preventive maintenance knowledge.
• Computer proficiency
• Problem-solving Skills.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Graduate of 2023, 2024 or 2025 ONLY
• Flexibility to work in Sokhna Plant (Transportation Provided)
• Completed/Postponed Military Status.
• Ready to Start by April 1st, 2026
