Maintenance Manager

About The Role :

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations while actively troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

The role focuses on maximizing system availability, managing preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring SLA/KPI compliance, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure maximum system availability and reliability.

• Manage and develop the maintenance team while providing hands-on technical support when required.• Plan and monitor maintenance schedules, asset performance, and service quality to meet SLA and KPI targets.

• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and continuous operations.• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize system performance, reduce downtime, and extend asset lifecycle.

Requirements:

• 8–10+ years of experience in maintenance and operations, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.

• Hands-on maintenance experience with the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex technical issues—not limited to team supervision.

• Experience in production lines, card issuing systems, secure manufacturing, or similar mission-critical environments.

• Proven experience managing maintenance contracts, customer support, and technical teams.• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and planning skills.
