Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for all plant equipment and utilities.
- Lead and supervise the maintenance team to ensure optimal equipment performance, reliability, and minimal downtime.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintenance strategies to enhance equipment life.
- Utilize predictive maintenance tools, condition monitoring, and data analysis to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
- Track and analyze key maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, downtime, etc.) to drive performance and reliability improvements.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, calibration logs, and documentation to ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor and maintain optimal levels of critical spare parts and consumables to prevent stockouts and minimize carrying costs.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of materials and optimize inventory systems for cost efficiency and operational readiness.
- Maintain traceability and documentation of parts usage for compliance and cost tracking.
- Develop and manage the annual maintenance budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Analyze maintenance expenditures to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 10 to 15 years supervisory experience with heavy machinery, production lines or related fields.
- In-depth knowledge of preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance practices.
- Proficient in maintenance planning software and ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and utility systems.
- Experienced in project planning, cost estimation, and vendor coordination.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and team management abilities.
- High attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and time management.
