Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Manager at Raslan Group, based in Cairo, Egypt. The Maintenance Manager will oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations, including supervising technical teams, ensuring equipment functionality, planning and executing preventive maintenance, and managing repair tasks. The role also involves developing and implementing maintenance strategies to enhance operational efficiency and ensure all systems are running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Maintenance Management, Maintenance & Repair
• Comprehensive understanding of Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance practices
• Effective Supervisory Skills to lead, motivate, and organize maintenance teams
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in maintenance-related software and tools is an advantage
• Relevant certifications or a degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction or real estate sector
